our valued added workshop & seminar prepares you for future

industry Specific Seminar and Workshop to help you keep updated

Professional Engineering Training Institute (PETI), an Engineering Skills Enhancement setup and a ANSYS Authorized Training Center aims to enhance the employability of fresh engineers of Mechanical, Automobile, Production and allied branches. PETI’s sole purpose is to train and prepare fresh and to be engineers for successful knowledge application in the industries., gained over 14 years.

Small and Mid-Scaled Industry are having requirement of engineers but are unwilling to take fresh engineers for design department. Engineers are offered a position in Marketing, Quality, Services and Sometimes in Production, but 70% management of these companies rarely hire fresh engineers. The only reason for this is 90% of Engineers who are out of college are not able to understand the problem itself, the manufacturing process, ways to address the problem and Solution finding techniques, the result of this is they are unable to address the issue these industry are facing and if hired they waste companies valuable time, resources and many time money due to negligence in design of final product. Our personal experience is that, lot of time engineers cannot even answer simple technical question asked in the interviews.

Quoting the extracts from Economic Times* of 18th June 2013, “It says According to multiple estimates, India trains around 1.5 million engineers, which is more than the US and China combined. However, two key industries hiring these engineers — information technology and manufacturing — are actually hiring fewer people than before.”

The sole reason for less hiring are unavailability of quality engineers as per E Shreedharan (Known as Metro Man, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC)). He says “Engineers with no quality are of no use.”

Understanding this gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, we have devised series of workshops to work with you or your esteemed organization to produce quality engineers in mechanical and allied field. This is the only way to make today’s engineer understand the “REAL” engineering in the field. Our focus is to make engineers aware of industrial processes by actually making them work on live problems.
